Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer:
  • 1 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 1 sleeve)
Topping:
  • 1-12 ounce package milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the peanut butter layer.
  2. Use a large fork to blend. BLEND WELL.
  3. Press into a 9x13 inch baking pan. PRESS WELL.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter into a bowl.
  6. Microwave for 1 minute.
  7. Stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Pour over peanut butter layer.
  9. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
Tips:
  1. Fudge cuts much better at room temperature. You can let fudge sit for approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to cutting. Then serve immediately.
