Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
  • 4 cups Coloma Frozen Foods Frozen Cauliflower
  • 4 Tablespoons almond extract
  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until desired thickness.
Tips:
  1. Top with whipped cream, coconut flakes, and almond slices if desired.
  2. Make smoothies ahead of time and store in Ziploc bag or Tupperware. Smoothies will stay good in freezer up to 1 month.
