Serves: 1-1/2 cup
Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ¾ cup apple jelly
  • 3 Tablespoons apple butter
  • 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 whole cloves
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves and the mixture is thick and syrupy and reduced to about 1-1/2 cups.
  3. Remove whole cloves before using the glaze.
Tips:
