With Dewig’s Freezer Beef options you can save money and fill your freezer with local, grain fed beef that will not only be flavorful but convenient as well! All cattle come from local family farms and are graded in house to maintain superior quality.

Custom Beef Processing

Do you raise your own cattle? Think of Dewig Meats to process your beef for you.

  • Prices include Slaughtering, Cutting, Double Wrapping & Blast Freezing.
  • The typical hanging time for a beef is approximately 14 days.
  • All cattle are slaughtered on Tuesday. We prefer you to bring your beef in during normal business hours on Mondays since we start slaughtering early Tuesday morning.
  • Price is based on live weights.
  • Beef are weighed upon arrival on our Certified & Bonded Livestock scale.

Custom Pork Processing

Do you raise your own hogs? Think of Dewig Meats to process your pork for you.

  • Prices include Slaughtering, Cutting, Double Wrapping & Blast Freezing.
  • All hogs are slaughtered on Wednesday. We prefer you to bring your hogs in during normal business hours on Tuesdays since we start slaughtering early Wednesday morning.
  • Price is based on live weights.
  • Hogs are weighed upon arrival on our Certified & Bonded Livestock scale.

Deer Processing
