BBQ Beef Brisket Cooking Instructions
(Cooked & Smoked by Dewig Meats, Haubstadt)
They are fully cooked and can be served hot or cold.
Oven:
1. Heat oven to 320 degrees.
2. Remove plastic wrap.
3. Wrap whole brisket in foil and place in baking dish.
4. Heat 1.5 to 2 hours or until hot.
Each Brisket will serve approximately 20 – 25 people.
